Quit syncing

Ive enjoyed the new app updates until today when my band was rendered useless because of not syncing anymore. I have tried everything on their support website with no luck. In the past my band seemed to always work fine but my wifes was constantly having problems, now its mine. This is really becoming more of a pain than what it is worth.
