Tried all of the trouble shooting to get the watch to sync with my phone to no avail.

I like my pivotal living tracker and was told every year Id get a new one when I renew the membership. I would also like to buy some more but cannot find them online anymore. Or atleast not for the advertised price. What is going on with this product?

I am on my third band. They keep breaking at the bend. No customer support at all. Sends out canned email saying they will contact me within 24/72 hours. That was a month ago. Sent a registered letter to CCO. no response. Been w/them since inception. They are awful.

Band is good deal for $12 but app just wont sync to the band! Sometimes it does but most of the times it wont. Why have an app that wont work? I deleted this off my phone.

The app looks really nice, but it constantly crashes if you want to edit your profile. Lets hope they correct it.

I have problem with app after first start. All touch in app will be close it, I cant do anything with app;( iPhone 5s, iOS 8.1.2, but on my HTC app worked fine(

Syncing always times out the first try and then works the second. Weght is only in the app and does not give me the option to use Apple health. I am forced to enter my weight manually. Oh the scale is nice. Accurate weight. Other stuff like body fat are bad on every scale, so that no big deal.

Negative 5 stars review. Very poor customer support. No way of contacting them or communicating with the company. I ordered my bands but was sent to a different address and was returned to them and have not received them yet. Going to report to the Better Business Bureau.

Like everyone else, sync hasnt worked in a while. When it did work, it was useless at the gym unless you run on the treadmill because it doesnt really register anything other than steps. Weird how a company would damage traction they received by being cheap on the app they need to continue gaining customers.

Definitely one of the worst apps I have ever used. It has never synced on the first try. Ever. It takes multiple attempts to sync and the app itself is colorful but lacks any real substance. It boggles my mind that an update hasnt come out yet. I would be embarrassed if this was my product....

Had a problem syncing my band with the app, got in touch with support and they helped with the problem immediately. Very pleased with the app but even more so the customer service!!!

My band wont sync after the update and the band time is always off now. Will change rating once problem is fixed.

Syncs buttons made obvious easy to use and understand sleep, weight and activity graphs. Easy MyPlate food logging too though I dont use this feature.

I love this app so much however I am having the same problem as many other people. Since the update my app no longer works. When I open the app it prompts me to sign in again so I put my email and password in and then I get an error message. I thought maybe it was because I was entering my password wrong so I went to "forgot password", but when I put my email in and hit enter the app freezes and shuts down completely.

After the nutrition update ( latest) the app wont sync with the band at all....its completely useless. I doubt they have an actual support line Useless app + No support = Waste of money and time

Same experience as other reviewers. The new update (v1.6.4) no longer allows any syncing with the band, plus it screws up the clock. So now I’m back to where I was when I first received the band. Waited 6 months for them to fix their app to get syncing to work, then it was working as expected. Now it’s broke again. Straw? Meet camels back. And I am unimpressed by the new Nutrition section. Who can keep track of what they are eating by Grains, Fruits, Dairy, Veggies, and Protein? I’m done with this cheap tracker.

Terrible.. The past two updates have made it impossible to sync my band with this. Before it used to take 5 seconds max for my band to sync and show all my info. Now all it does is try to sync then says syncing failed. Fix this
