The app get the Err message and then the app crashes. It does not sync with the Pivotal band. This app needs a major update. Also there is no customer service phone line. You have to send an email and wait 72hrs for a response. They want to be the better option to the Fitbit. Not sure they are on the same level yet.

Worked great before the update. Hope they are able to fix the syncing problem. Love the band!

ever since the last two updated, I cant sync my band

Up till last night (12/10/15), I have really enjoyed using my tracker. Now it doesnt sync with my iPhone app - I didnt have any problems or issues before last night. Support?: There isnt a way to call for tech support and the email response takes too long. Wishing this problem is fixed FAST. (Unhappy customer: btw, tracker was early Christmas gift)

It does not work, really hated my watch, I do not know what are the problem, but it is certainly bad application

Ive enjoyed the new app updates until today when my band was rendered useless because of not syncing anymore. I have tried everything on their support website with no luck. In the past my band seemed to always work fine but my wifes was constantly having problems, now its mine. This is really becoming more of a pain than what it is worth.

Ive only had the band for about two months. This past week, I had issues with it syncing. I had to delete the app and reinstall, then reset the band, which erased all my days steps. Today, it synced fine in the morning. As I tried to sync it tonight, it wont sync or reset. So either the Bluetooth on the band no longer works, or the new update rendered my band useless. I have a feeling Ill have to toss my band. Ill have to get the Fitbit which I was trying to avoid.

Im with everyone else. Really liked this until it stopped syncing. Charging cable is nearly impossible to disconnect from band. I have to use my teeth to get them apart.

Got this as a promotional item from a store. Glad I didnt pay anything for it. When the band did function, it seemed to work well. However, after only 2-3 weeks the band has died. Shows its charged when I plug it in, but thats all it does now. I wouldnt recommend this.

After removing the app, allowing my band to fully discharge, disabling Bluetooth, and reinstalling the app all appears to be back to normal. You cant beat this device. After almost one year of having this band and being very happy, I now join 95%?of all the other people. The last update rendered my band usable as Im no longer able to sync. The battery only lasts a few hours. I believe the app has the phone in a weird mode. I sent an email off to support. Prior review: The update works as expected. Ive had no problems. I did need to log out of my account and shut off Bluetooth. Then turn it on and log back into my account.

My 1st band "died" and I received a replacement a week ago. The 2nd band synched for a week. I tried all the steps in the troubleshooter just like I did for the 1st band - wont synch.

I have had it for 5 months now and love it! Its simple enough to be a pleasure to use, and gives me the quick 411 I need on my basic check points. And you cant beat the price! Whoever said Fitbit was a peer competitor is wrong. This is a no-frills functional fitness band (no trendy colors, no useless commercial ads) for a very inexpensive price. it never strived to be a FitBit!

Lots of things are wrong Bluetooth doesnt sync on this app and make it compatible with ios8 and above and must fix soon

Band wont sync and app wont let me login!

Works great, excellent sleep and steps tracker. Recording weight is a bit tougher than it should be. Would be really nice if it was integrated (both read and write) with the Apple Health app. That would make it really useful!

I cannot get the band to sync to update my progress. The band worked for one day, thats it. I cannot update the other features like hydration for example. Very disappointed. Please figure out the sync issue. And provide better technical support.

This app works well but, doesnt always sync when you want it to. The sleeping tracking is cool. Also, nutrition tracker added to the update is cool also.

Ive had this for two days and it worked fine last night, but all of a sudden the band stopped syncing. Ive powered the band off. Ive powered my phone off as well! Ive also deleted and reinstalled the app, but it wont work. Please make a new update that fixes this!

The app doesnt even open on my phone, disappears every time I tap it and customer service never followed up after my feedback of the problem. Disappointed
