After removing the app, allowing my band to fully discharge, disabling Bluetooth, and reinstalling the app all appears to be back to normal.
You cant beat this device.
After almost one year of having this band and being very happy, I now join 95%?of all the other people.
The last update rendered my band usable as Im no longer able to sync. The battery only lasts a few hours. I believe the app has the phone in a weird mode.
I sent an email off to support.

The update works as expected. Ive had no problems.
I did need to log out of my account and shut off Bluetooth. Then turn it on and log back into my account.
